She is a trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has an associates degree in hotel/restaurant management. She is certified by the National Restaurant Association’s ManageFirst program to teach nutrition and ServeSafe classes to culinary students.

Deb knows more about food than anyone you have ever met.

After a successful 30-year career in the hospitality field, she retired from the corporate world in 2000 to enjoy life as an entrepreneur.
